Onboarding

Initial Inquiry

Owners begin by submitting an inquiry that includes the property address and any existing listing information, if available. This helps our team quickly assess whether the property aligns with our portfolio and service model.

Property Review & Qualification

Every home undergoes a detailed review to ensure it meets our quality, design, and guest-experience standards. We evaluate location, amenities, layout, and condition to confirm it’s well-positioned for strong performance and exceptional stays.

Revenue Analysis & Projections

We provide a detailed revenue forecast using market analytics from AirDNA and other proprietary tools. This step allows us to set realistic performance expectations backed by data from comparable properties in your area.

Agreement & Onboarding

Once the terms are agreed upon, owners sign a 12-month management contract. This agreement outlines services, fees, and performance commitments, ensuring transparency and alignment from day one.

Professional Media Production

Our in-house media team handles all creative production, including:


  • High-resolution photography
  • 3D virtual home tours
  • Aerial drone and skylight imagery
  • Lifestyle and highlight videos with music overlay
  • Comprehensive visual gallery for marketing and booking channels

Listing Setup & Optimization

We create and optimize the property listing across all major travel platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) as well as our direct booking site. This includes detailed descriptions, amenity highlights, and SEO-driven content to maximize visibility.

Technology Integration

Before launch, we install and configure our key operational systems — including smart locks, exterior security cameras, StayFi guest Wi-Fi login, and dynamic pricing tools — ensuring seamless automation and secure property management from day one

Launch & Ongoing Management

Once live, we continuously monitor performance, adjust pricing dynamically, and manage all aspects of guest communication, cleaning coordination, and review responses. Owners receive transparent monthly reporting through Guesty, including revenue statements and occupancy metrics.
