Our Story

Founded in Colorado by a family who bought and managed their own rental homes over the last five years, Selling Summit emerged from hands-on experience. We’ve lived the days of prepping, cleaning, coordinating and guest-servicing — and we decided to build something better: a property-management partner with local heart, luxury taste and industry know-how.
