• What types of homes do you accept?

    We specialise in luxury homes valued at approximately US$1–5 million, located in or near Silverthorne and adjacent resort areas. Our focus is on properties that offer premium comfort and are guest-ready.

  • What’s your commission rate?

    We charge 25% of gross rental revenue (less travel/cleaning taxes), and in return handle everything: marketing, guest service, cleaning, maintenance, reporting.

  • How often will I receive statements?

    You’ll get monthly performance reports showing occupancy, revenue, expenses and owner payout. You also have access to a real-time owner dashboard via our system.

  • Can I still use the home when it's not booked?

    Absolutely. We coordinate around your personal use schedule, block dates, and ensure guest bookings respect your calendar.

  • What if something breaks in the home?

    We manage full maintenance services — regular inspections, hot tub and sauna care, seasonal prep and responsive repairs. We’ll notify you of any major events and handle guest-related issues.

  • How do you ensure high-end guests and protect my property?

    We partner with vetted guest screening, enforce house rules, maintain strict cleaning standards and use liability coverage suited to luxury rentals.
